Than you for your reply on my post, I might ask them when I next go. I'm just nervous because its only a tiny gym!

I know what you mean, I’m the same! But at the end of the day, that’s what the trainers are there for :) or if you don’t want to ask them you can look stuff up online. Have fun :)

I want to buy a book on Buddhism

Just because I’m interested. I want one that explains everything but is also easy to read (which means well written, preferably with colourful pictures - I’m not at uni now! I’m not looking for a textbook). Any suggestions? :)

The joy of being at home and not paying for my food! Truly love food shopping. While it’s true that I can’t eat vegan at home and this makes me sad, look at all the amazing things I convinced mum to buy! And this isn’t eve half of it. We got so much fruit, veg, nuts, hummus, falafel and tea! (We also got milk and yoghurt and turkey… but I made sure it was skimmed milk, 0% fat yoghurt and lean turkey. So I can still be healthy even if I do have to eat animal products). Hooooray for food shopping :)
